Christmas Shipping Deadline So that we can ensure that you receive your order in time for Christmas, we ask that you place your order by December 17, 2007 at 12:00 Noon (EST) Eastern Standard Time. Out of stock items need to be ordered by December 10, 2007. Depending on your location, we may use UPS Ground or U.S. Priority Mail to ensure faster delivery. You must call and ask for 3 day, 2nd day or overnight shipping after December 17, 2007. These rates do not appear on our website and you will have to call to place your order. USA Toys Shipping Deadline Due to the incredibly high demand for USA Made Toys this holiday season the Christmas Order Deadline for the following product lines is different than our normal Christmas Deadline. For Maple Landmark, Roy Toy, Play Clay and Poof Toys we ask that you order by December 3rd for Chrismas Delivery. After this deadline only items that are still in stock can be ordered and received in time for Christmas. We will post a list after our order deadline has passed. If an item is out of stock Not every item on our website is in stock, but most can be obtained within 2-3 days. We are constantly trying to update sold out items, but because we carry so many different products we are unable to update everything as soon as it is sold out. If we cannot have an item shipped to you before Christmas, we will notify you by e-mail within 4 hours (During Business Hours) of your placing an order. Thusly we DO NOT guarantee that just because you paid for Overnight, 2 Day, 3 Day or Ground shipping that you will receive it within that time period. There will NO refunds for shipping issued during this time period if you do not receive your package in the specified time (even if you pay extra for express shipping methods). We suggest that you place your order as early as possible in case inclement weather and high volume shipping delays delivery of your package(s). Important Shipping Locations & Time in Transit Please note that because UPS and USPS do not guarantee on time delivery during the month of December, CollectibleShopping.com will not guarantee that you will receive your package in the time specified (whether it is shipped ground, 2nd day, 3rd day or overnight). Orders shipped UPS ground to CA, NM, ND, SD, UT, NV, OR, WA, MT, WY, NE, CO take 5-6 business days (not counting the day it is shipped) to arrive. If your order is shipping to any of these states after December 12, 2007, we ask that you call to request 1, 2, or 3 day shipping. Orders shipped UPS ground to the rest of the United States take 2-3 business days (not counting the day it is shipped) to arrive. For orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii, please select US Mail shipping as UPS ground is not available.
