In an effort to provide our customers with superior customer service, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund minus shipping charges and re-stocking fees. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please note for check orders only a store credit will be issued. All returns must remain in the factory sealed condition it was received in. For example, Barbies must be in their original box unopened. You must email us before sending a return for return information.

Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged goods, you must report it to us within 2 days of receiving the item(s). If BuyDirectUSA is not contacted within 2 business days of receipt, damage is attributed to the customer's use and the item will be returned to you at your expense. You must contact us for an RMA number before returning damaged goods. In the event that an item has been sold out and cannot be replaced a refund will be issued.
