Arrives damaged

If the product you ordered arrives and is defective or damaged in shipment contact customer service at support@buydirectusa.com upon receipt and request an rma number. If BuyDirectUSA.com is not contacted within 2 business days of receipt, damage is attributed to the customer's use and the item will be returned to you at your expense. Items without return authorization numbers will not be accepted. In the event that an item has been sold out and cannot be replaced a refund will be issued.
