Flatware Made in USA

America’s Only Flatware Maker asks President to bring their flatware into the White House

When President Donald Trump settles into the White House in January, a package from Central New York will be waiting for him. Inside will be samples of Liberty Tabletop flatware made by Sherrill Manufacturing.

It’s the only flatware made anywhere in the United States, so the owners believe it is the most appropriate flatware for the president who ran on the campaign slogan “Make America Great Again.”

Inside the package, co-owners Greg Owens and Matt Roberts included a letter for Donald Trump. A portion of the letter reads, “It seems only fitting that you, your family, visiting guests, and dignitaries should dine with fine flatware that is made right here in the United States of America.”

Bringing American Made flatware to the White House seems like a natural fit as the company supplies flatware to the military. Sherrill Manufacturing isn’t just “Made in America,” it also focuses on and supports the “Made in Central New York,” movement also. They have chosen suppliers for their polish and boxes that are locally based.

Sherrill Manufacturing is hoping that the samples will peak President Trump’s interest in their flatware. They are also working to gain support from Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (R-NY), who visited the factory when she was a state Assemblywoman.
